Why take out a subscription?

With a subscription you can look forward to receiving your favourite magazine through your door every month, saving you the time and trouble of going to the shops to buy a copy. If you take advantage of one of our special discount offers a subscription will also save you money compared to the normal magazine cover price. Don't forget subscriptions also make a great gift.

How can I order a subscription online?

Choose a magazine from the magazine home page. Click on the button below the appropriate subscription offer, select your payment option and click 'Add to basket'. You will then be able to view your 'Shopping Basket'. If you would like to order any further magazine subscriptions please click 'Continue shopping'. Once you have finished shopping simply click 'Continue', where you will be asked to fill out your delivery details and method of payment.

How will my subscription be confirmed?

If you subscribe online, you will receive an email confirmation of your order immediately.  All subscribers will also receive an email or letter containing important information about their subscription.

When will the first issue of my subscription be despatched?

After your order has been processed, your confirmation letter will be sent and this will include details about when your first magazine will be sent to you.

Do I have to sign for my magazine each time it is delivered?

No, your magazine will be sent through the normal post.

How do I renew my subscription?

You can renew your subscription online at any time. Simply login to your account. If you choose not to renew online you will receive notification of the need to renew your subscription in enough time to ensure you don't miss any issues of your magazine.

How do I notify you about a change of address?

If you have changed your address during your subscription period you can amend your details online by logging into your account. Please note, if you are relocating to another country then please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

Gift subscriptions

Magazine subscriptions make the ideal gift for just about anybody. To give a subscription as a gift simply go to the individual magazine page add the product to your basket and in the checkout area untick the box to provide us with the intended recipients delivery details. When we send you the written confirmation we will include a gift card for you to send to the gift recipient so that you can add your personal touch and retain the element of surprise. You will also be given the choice to send your e-card electronically to your chosen recipient.

What is included in the price?

Prices displayed include delivery costs and taxes (where applicable). Any discounts to the normal issue cover price will also be explained. If you pay for your subscription using any non-sterling currency the price you pay will be dependent on the exchange rate of your credit card company and may fluctuate.

Continuous Credit Card

Non-UK customers have the option to subscribe by continuous credit card payments (also known as Continuous Payment Authority). Depending on the magazine, your payments will be spread into easy, manageable 3, 6 or 12 monthly payments. As continuous payment authority is a continuous payment method you are in complete control of your subscription. If your credit card expires, though, you will need to update us with your new credit card information so that your subscription continues uninterrupted.

Direct Debits

UK customers have the option to subscribe by Direct Debit. Depending on the magazine, your payments will be spread into easy, manageable 3, 6 or 12 monthly payments. As Direct Debit is a continuous payment method you are in complete control of your subscription as well as eliminating the need for renewal notices.

Is the online payment system secure?

Yes. We use SSL encryption software to keep the details of your order and credit/debit card information secure.

Can I order a subscription for delivery to an address outside the UK?

Yes. As the magazines are despatched from the UK, higher delivery costs may apply for delivery to addresses outside the UK. These will be displayed in the price summary once you have selected the region to which you want the magazines delivered. The prices displayed include delivery costs and taxes (where applicable).

What can I do if I do not receive an issue on time?

Please email our customer services team or call us using the information here. Remember to include your subscriber reference number or full mailing address. Please remember to notify our customer services team if you change address.

Are delivery costs included?

Yes, delivery is included in the price for all subscriptions, single issues and specials on the website. The prices you see are the prices you pay, we do not add additional delivery costs during the checkout.

We deliver to the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, United States of America, Canada and internationally.

When can I expect my delivery?

For single and special issue orders
UK: 10 days
Europe: 14 days
International: 21 days

For UK subscriptions
Your subscription will start with the next available issue unless you tell us otherwise. The on sale dates are listed for each magazine in the My Account area. All subscription copies delivered to a UK address should arrive on or around the same day as the on sale date.

For international subscriptions
The speed of delivery outside of the UK can vary and will depend on the service provided by the various organisations used during transportation. Please allow approximately 10-14 days for delivery from when the magazine is on sale to avoid disappointment.

Welcome gifts
Selected magazine subscription offers include a welcome gift. Details of the gift, if one is available, will be made clear to you before you purchase. Please allow 60 days for delivery of your gift. Your gift will be delivered to the same address as the delivery address you state in the checkout. If you have not received your gift within 60 days of placing your order please contact us.

Pre-order delivery information
UK pre-orders are sent via our standard delivery service (estimated 10 days from time of dispatch), and international pre-orders are estimated to deliver 14-21 days from from time of dispatch. All items will be dispatched on the specified release date. However, occasional unforeseen delays at production mean we are unable to guarantee a specific date of delivery.
