If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website.

The term 'Anthem' or 'us' or 'we' refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is Suite 6, Piccadilly House, London Road, Bath, BA1 6PL. Our company registration number is registered in England and Wales (registered number 4542063). The term 'you' refers to the user or viewer of our website.

The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:

Subscription and Order Terms and Conditions

Trial Offers

Trial offers are no obligation Direct Debit or Continuous Credit Card offers open to UK residents only. If you wish to cancel, please inform us within 14 days of receiving your final trial issue and no more payments will be taken. This limited offer may be withdrawn at any time.

Gift Offers

Your free gift (if applicable) will be despatched to you within 28 days of your order being placed. This will be sent separately from the magazine. All gift offers are subject to availability and if stocks run out, an alternative gift may be supplied. This limited offer may be withdrawn any time. If your subscription has been purchased as a gift subscription, the free gift will be sent to the payer.

Cancellation of your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting Customer Services. However, all refunds are subject to a processing fee of £5 per refund. Returns are not accepted. Please note that where a gift has been sent, the publisher may have set a minimum period usually 12 months, before a subscription can be cancelled. Details of this will be shown on the promotion.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

For magazines and other single item orders

Order cancellations

Anthem will assume that you wish to receive your order as soon as possible and, if this is not the case, please let us know at the time of order. Please note that the right to cancel during the Cancellation Period does not apply to purchases of single issue magazines or bookazines. Furthermore, please note we cannot accept cancellations for any digital items once downloading has commenced.

If you cancel, you will need to return the item to us. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. If we do not receive the item back from you, we may arrange for collection of the item at your cost. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Order refunds and returns

If your purchase was damaged during delivery, is defective, was incorrectly advertised or isn’t what you ordered you are entitled to a refund. To claim your refund, send your item(s) back to us within 30 days of receipt.

We will issue a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost.

If a replacement is not sent a full refund payment will be made back to the credit card or debit card you originally paid with or PayPal within 10 working days of receipt of the returned item. We will send you an email to confirm that the refund has been processed.

For magazines subscriptions

Did you know you can change your magazine at any time during your subscription?

If, for any reason, the magazine you subscribe to is not suitable for you, you can switch your subscription to any other magazine available on shop.anthem-publishing.com.

Cancellations

Customers may cancel your subscription at any time within 14 days of the date of purchase (“Cancellation Period”). Anthem cannot supply you with your print magazine during the Cancellation Period unless you consent to Anthem doing so. Anthem will assume that you wish your subscription to start immediately and that you consent to Anthem providing you with your print product as soon as possible. If this is not the case, please let us know at the time of order. To cancel at any time write to: Anthem Publishing, Trinity House, Sculpins Lane, Wethersfield, Braintree, CM7 4AY. UK calls will cost the same as other standard fixed line numbers (starting 01 or 02) and are included as part of any inclusive or free minutes allowances (if offered by your phone tariff) Please note; we do not currently accept cancellations via email.

Returns

Returns are not accepted on subscription orders.

Refunds

Your subscription is for the minimum term specified upon order and will expire at the end of the current term. Should you choose to cancel a subscription after the Cancellation Period (see above), a £5 processing fee will be applied to any refund that is owed from unmailed issues. If you have received an issue prior to cancellation, Anthem may charge you for such issue. This does not affect your rights under the Direct Debit Guarantee (if applicable). Payment will be made back to the credit card or debit card you originally paid or PayPal with within 10 working days of receipt of the returned item. We will send you an email to confirm that the refund has been processed.
